Reservations for Clubhouse are for Residents Only
 
The clubhouse can be reserved any day of the week, year round, one time-slot per resident.
Slot #1 - 8 am to 12:30 pm
Slot #2 - 1 pm to 5:30 pm
Slot #3 - 6 pm to 10 pm

Concentrated (chairs only): 135
Unconcentrated (tables and chairs): 63
Guests must vacate the premises by regular pool closing time, residents may remain until 10:30 for cleaning purposes only.
 
The clubhouse and pool deposit is $100 total. The deposit is refundable if everything has been left as it was found. There has been a new $10 booking fee added for the person in charge of the clubhouse. This money not refundable and can be paid in either the form of a check or cash. The charge is for the time it takes associated with all things dealing with your reservation, i.e. checking dates, meeting for exchange of keys and proper paperwork and answering any questions involving the rental of the facilities.

To make a reservation, email phclubhouse@hotmail.com with your name, address, phone number, email address and the date and time slot requested.
 
The pool can also be reserved during normal pool hours (Tuesday-Sunday). Please remember that residents have priority of the pool over party guest.
 
All reservations are pending until residency is confirmed, HOA dues are paid and you have received a confirmation email.
 
Once your reservation has been confirmed the person in charge of the clubhouse will send over a one time code to use to get into the clubhouse. Once in the clubhouse there is a key to open the closet and both bathroom doors.

Private Pool Parties - 
 
Please be advised that effective with the 2013 swim season private reservations for the pool will no longer be offered.  The pool is a neighborhood amenity and when it is open is should be opened to the entire community.
