Reservations for the pool and clubhouse are for residents only.

The clubhouse can be reserved any day of the week, year round for the following time slots:
Slot #1 - 8 am to 12:30 pm
Slot #2 - 1 pm to 5:30 pm
Slot #3 - 6 pm to 10 pm or close.
Guests must vacate the premises by regular pool closing time, residents may remain until 10:30 for cleaning purposes only.
***Please note - that from October to March 31st there is no running water or restrooms available at the clubhouse. Please take this into considerations with booking the clubhouse.
Private Pool Parties
The pool and clubhouse can be reserved for private parties on Mondays, during the pool season, from 3 to 10pm - except for holidays.
These reservations are on a first come basis. Reservations will begin May 1st for private parties.
The pool can also be reserved during normal pool hours. One time-slot per resident. Please remember that residents have priority on the pool over party guest.
Reservations can be made 3 months in advance.
The clubhouse and pool deposit is $50. If you are using both facilities, the deposit is $100. The deposit is refundable if everything has been left in good condition. Make checks payable to PH HOA.
To make a reservation, please include your name, address, phone number, and email address along with the date and time slot requested.

All reservations are pending until residency is confirmed and you have received a confirmation email.
Once we have confirmed your reservation, arrangements will be made to get you a clubhouse key. The key should be returned no later than the day after your reservation.
